Contained below are the refund policies for Coin8. It is important to understand these terms and also to read and understand our general Terms and Conditions before playing on our site.

No refund can be made once a deposit (including the bonus) has been played at Coin8.

If you are not satisfied once you have made a deposit to Coin8, you can request a refund of the balance currently held in your account. Please be aware, all bonuses in your account will be deducted prior to calculating the amount to be refunded.

A refund request will only be considered if it is requested within the first 24 hours of the alleged transaction.

We reserve the right to withhold any refund or reverse transaction until the identity of the Account User is established in order to ensure that any payment made to us will be honored after a refund has been made. In such a case we will require a notarized identification, or any other certified identification in accordance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. If such notarized or certified identification is not provided within 5 days of our request, such refund or reverse transaction shall not be affected. If this occurs, your account will be closed, and you will forfeit all funds in your Player Account. There will not be an option for appeal and our decision will be final, binding and not subject to appeal.

If we judge that a credit card purchase is considered to carry an unacceptable risk for security or legal reasons - either by our credit card processors or by our banking team - we will initiate refunds for all such transactions back to the credit card, and notify all the appropriate authorities and parties.

If a bank card has been used to fund an account, we reserve the right to pay all withdrawal requests up to the total amount deposited as refunds against the deposits you have made. If your withdrawals exceed the total amount deposited, any excess amount will be paid to you via one of our alternative methods available in the account.

Customers will need to turn their Deposit and Bonus amount over 40 times on eligible casino bets only before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn – equating to 40x wagering. For example, if you deposit $/€100 you will receive a $/€100 bonus. This means you will need to wager a total of $/€8000 before winnings can be withdrawn: $/€100 deposit + $/€100 bonus = $/€200 x 40 times wagering requirement = $/€8000 bonus and deposit turnover.
Different games contribute a different percentage towards the wagering requirements. These are:

All deposit bonuses will have a displayed expiry time. Bonus funds and winnings on bonus funds will be cancelled upon the expiry of the bonus.

The maximum bonus that can be won from this promotion will be a value equivalent to ten times (10x) the bonus awarded. Therefore, if the bonus awarded is $50 then the maximum bonus that can be enjoyed from that bonus will be $500. Any amount above this, and any winnings generated from this additional amount will be removed from the real cash balance.
Any bonuses and winnings obtained by fraudulent means will be cancelled by COIN8. Bonuses will automatically be cancelled when the balance drops to zero. Players are not allowed to finish the bonus rounds at a later time by exiting the game and re-entering it with the cancellation of the bonus. Any winnings will be removed if such actions are detected.
All players will be required to pass a verification test. Failure to do so may result in the canceling of any bonus payments or winnings at COIN8’s discretion.
If any player is deemed to have used fraudulent strategies, technical website malfunctions or system errors, or participated in activities that COIN8 considers illegal - COIN8 reserves the right to view the history of transactions and logs in order to perform an audit.
Bonus rounds and free spins do not qualify for jackpot bonuses according to the rules of gaming software providers. Only real money rounds can pretend for jackpot bonuses.
COIN8 has the right to confiscate bonus funds and/or deposit at its discretion if it detects a group of players connected by one type of payment system, geolocation or IP-address, and using the same game strategies.
In cases of dispute, the decision of COIN8 is deemed to be final and binding.
